Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the main house. Signal in the rooms is patchy — the plantation is dense, and most guests end up treating that as part of the appeal.

October to March is the most comfortable — cool and clear. June to September is the monsoon, which is beautiful and very green if you don't mind rain and the odd leech on the walks.

There's a clinic close by and a full hospital in Kalpetta, about 15 km away. We can arrange a car at any hour.
